Program Name: Vasana Services
Program Description: Vasana provides business growth and transformation, exit planning, business sales, and leadership and business coaching services designed to help entrepreneurs and leaders scale, align, and exit well. Our services include one-on-one coaching, strategic growth partnership, goal setting and accountability support, and access to our platform.
SMS Opt-In (Optional): Vasana offers optional SMS text messages to keep you updated about your coaching program. Signing up for SMS notifications is completely optional and not required to use our services. You can choose to opt in to receive messages including appointment reminders, coaching updates, session links, and program information.
How to Opt In: You may opt in to SMS notifications by visiting our SMS opt-in page at /sms-opt-in or by selecting the SMS preference during your coaching enrollment process.
Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies based on your coaching package and level of communication with your coach.
Message Frequency: If you opt in, you may receive up to 2 messages per week per coaching session and schedule.
Important: Opting in to SMS messages is voluntary. Your decision to opt in or not will not affect your access to coaching services or your account status.

By initiating a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the services rendered. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with notice.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available upon request.

From time to time, after understanding a client's needs, we may introduce or refer clients to third-party lenders or financing sources. Any financing, loan, credit decision, rate, fee, or term is determined solely by that independent third-party lender, and any agreement is strictly between the client and that lender. If Vasana receives any referral fee, kickback, or other compensation from a lender in connection with such an introduction, that arrangement will be disclosed to the client in writing.
